Interested attorneys review your file and can offer to take your case and represent you. You then compare the attorneys who offered and choose the one you want to work with — you're never assigned an attorney and you're always in control.
Who sees my case and documents? +
Your organized case is shared only with licensed immigration attorneys on the platform who match your needs and are reviewing your case. Your file is encrypted, and you control it — you can request deletion of your data at any time. It is never sold or shared for advertising.
Do I have to work with an attorney who offers? +
No. Attorneys offering to take your case is an invitation, not an obligation. You review who offered and decide whether to work with any of them. If none feels like the right fit, you're not required to proceed.
Is MyUSVisa a law firm? +
No. We're a technology marketplace. We organize your case and connect you with independent, licensed immigration attorneys. All legal advice comes from the attorney you choose — never from us.
Are you connected to the government or USCIS? +
No. MyUSVisa is a private company with no affiliation to USCIS or any government agency. We help you prepare and organize your case, then connect you with a licensed attorney who can represent you before the government.
What does the $50 cover? +
Your guided intake, reading and organizing your documents, your assembled case file and timeline, and having your case offered to available licensed attorneys on the marketplace. It's a service fee — not a legal fee. The attorney you choose sets and bills their own fees directly with you.
What happens after I choose an attorney? +
The attorney establishes representation with you directly. From then on you work together inside MyUSVisa — messaging, sharing documents, tracking tasks and deadlines, and following your case status in one place.
I already have a case — how do I get back in? +
Use the Log in link at the top of the page (or open the mobile app) and sign in with the email you registered. Clients and attorneys sign in through the same login — you'll land in your own dashboard where you can pick up your case, messages, documents, and deadlines exactly where you left off.
