We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your documents for advertising.
To save you time, the Service may use automated tools — including optical character recognition (OCR) and other software — to read, label, and organize the documents and information you provide (for example, sorting an uploaded file into a document category or reading dates from an I-94).
This automated processing organizes information; it does not give legal advice, choose a legal strategy, or make decisions about your case. Suggestions the Service makes (such as a document type or case category) are informational only — you confirm your choices, and your attorney is responsible for all legal judgments. A licensed attorney, not automated software, reviews your case and advises you.
We use reasonable measures to protect information during automated processing and limit it to operating the Service.
After you pay and an attorney is available, your organized case file is made available to matching attorneys in the network so they can decide whether to offer to take your case. When you accept an attorney's offer, that attorney becomes your representative and handles your information under their own professional and ethical obligations. Attorneys are independent of MyUSVisa.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation and limited transaction details needed to issue receipts and refunds, but full card numbers are handled by the processor. Your chosen payment method may impose its own processing fee, disclosed at checkout.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below, subject to those obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can review and update much of your information in your account, and you can contact us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children as account holders. Where a case involves a child (for example, a dependent), the adult account holder is responsible for providing that information lawfully.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
