Simple, per-matter pricing

No subscription, no listing fees, no charge to browse or send offers. You pay the software-usage fee only once you and a client have agreed to work together.

$149
per matter you manage
Charged when you and a client agree to proceed and the matter is activated in the system, to the card or ACH on file.
  • ✓ Free to browse and offer. Review organized cases and send as many offers as you like at no cost.
  • ✓ Keep 100% of your own fees. The fees you charge your clients are yours — MyUSVisa never takes a share.
  • ✓ Pay only when a matter goes ahead. Nothing is charged until you and a client agree to work together and activate the case in the system.
  • ✓ Full workspace & tools. Case management, messaging, documents, and USCIS status tracking are included.

What this fee is — and isn't. The $149 is a flat software-usage fee for the MyUSVisa case-management system — the workspace you and your client use to manage the matter (organized case file, secure messaging, document handling, task and deadline tracking, and USCIS status monitoring). It becomes due once you and a client have agreed to work together and the matter is activated in the system, and it is charged per matter regardless of the scope, value, or outcome of the legal work you perform. It is not a fee for a referral, introduction, or lead, and not a share, percentage, or split of the legal fees you charge your client. Like any case-management or office software you pay for, it is a cost of running your practice. You alone form the engagement with your client, set your legal fees, bill your client directly, and keep 100% of them; whether you treat the $149 as an overhead cost or pass it through is entirely your decision. MyUSVisa is a technology platform, not a law firm; it provides no legal services, exercises no control over your professional judgment or your client relationships, and takes no part of any attorney–client fee. You remain solely responsible for compliance with your jurisdiction's rules of professional conduct, including those governing fee arrangements, referrals, and the unauthorized practice of law.
